Randall "Randy" Cripe of Clear Life Services, LLC is a highly skilled and compassionate Christian Counselor and Life / Career Coach. As both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Coach (CC), Randy brings a unique insight into the counseling/coaching process.

Randy graduated from Spring Arbor University with an M.A. in Counseling in 2007 and opened his private practice the same year. He has been working in Career Development for over the past 23 years. He is a Certified Life & Career Coach, a Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), and a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

He specializes in working with mental/emotional issues, career/vocational concerns, grief/loss, marriage/relationships, and trauma/abuse.

Randy has been married for over 23 years and has a 15 year-old son.
