COUNSELING RATES & FEES:

Counseling sessions are charged a private-pay rate of $75 per session (50-60 minutes).  Payment is requested at time of service and is available via cash or check payable to Clear Life Services.  Currently, we do not accept credit cards or insurance payments.

INSURANCE PAYMENTS: 

Currently, Clear Life Services, LLC does not accept insurance reimbursement.  Following are some ways that our direct, pay-for-service model benefits you:

• By nature, the insurance industry is "illness-driven" meaning that you must be treated for an official mental health  disorder as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR)
• Your treatment diagnosis must be approved for reimbursement from your insurance company; oftentimes family, relational and phase-of-life issues are excluded
• Your insurance company will require continuous updates regarding your treatment "progress," which then becomes part of your permanent healthcare record
• A non-clinically trained insurance company representative will determine how many therapy sessions you are allowed
• Your insurance company could still reject your claim based upon initial diagnosis, proposed therapy, treatment plan or identified progress
