Randy has a Master's degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Tyndale College. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents and adults. He has been in private-practice for over 5 years.
In addition to Randy's private-practice experience, Randy has worked at the Southfield Career Center for over the past 12 years providing Career Counseling and Job Search Coaching for entry-level employees through upper-level executive job seekers. He has an extensive public speaking background and has presented numerous career/motivational workshops for civic, business, community, educational and faith-based organizations. Randy is also a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance.
Randy has a four-year-old son and has been married for over 12 years to his high school sweetheart. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching action movies and participating/watching several traditional and non-traditional sports including gymnastics, running, judo, tumbling, yoga and volleyball.
