Randy has an M.A. in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a B.A. in Psychology from from William Tyndale College.  He is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents and adults.

In addition to being a Professional Counselor, Randy is also a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance. 

Randy has worked at the Southfield Career Center for the past 10 years, where he has provided Career Counseling and Job Search Coaching for entry-level employees through upper-level executive job seekers.  He has an extensive public speaking background and has presented numerous career/motivational workshops for civic, business, community and faith-based organizations.  

Randy has a 2 year-old son, Joshua, and has been married to his high-school sweetheart Rachel for over 10 years.  He is actively involved at NorthRidge Church (Plymouth, MI) and volunteers for their JobShop Ministry.  He enjoys several sports including gymnatics, tumbling, martial arts and volleyball.  One day he would one day like to run a marathon.
