Randy has an M.A. in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a B.A. in Psychology from from William Tyndale College.  He is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents and adults.

In addition to being a Professional Counselor, Randy is also a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance. 

Randy has worked at the Southfield Career Center for over the past 10 years, where he has provided Career Counseling and Job Search Coaching for entry-level employees through upper-level executive job seekers.  He has an extensive public speaking background and has presented numerous career/motivational workshops for civic, business, community and faith-based organizations.  

Randy has one son and has been married for over 10 years.  He enjoys several non-traditional sports including gymnatics, tumbling, Judo and volleyball.  One day he would one day like to run a marathon.
